Who can use this service?

We accept first-time IdNr applications and recovery of an existing IdNr for non-German clients living outside Germany. We do not accept clients residing in Germany.

Do I need an Anmeldung in Germany?

No. This service is for clients living outside Germany and does not require German residence registration (Anmeldung). Eligibility is assessed for each case.

What does the €500 fee include?

The fee includes document review and application assistance. There are no additional fees. We also help receive the official result.

Which documents are required?

A passport scan and proof of your residential address. All documents and information must be genuine. We will confirm the method for providing them before you send identity documents.

How long does it take?

The estimated time to obtain your IdNr is 2–4 months. Issuance and official processing are handled by the responsible German authority.

When is the service complete?

The service is complete when you obtain your IdNr. We help receive the official result.

What if my case is unsuitable?

If your case is unsuitable for this service, you receive a full refund of the €500 service fee.

Who issues the IdNr?

The responsible German authority issues the IdNr or notifies an existing number. We provide application assistance and cannot issue tax identification numbers ourselves.

How is information provided?

This website does not collect or store applications or identity documents. We confirm how to provide the required passport scan and proof of address before you send them. Copying an enquiry does not send it. WhatsApp, Telegram and your email provider apply their own privacy policies.
